In the example below, my map was called Old Dumodo Valley and the seed was Alpah173b18. If it isn't in there you don't have such a poi in your world. Well, if you want to be spoiled you could look up the coordinates of any such poi in Data/World/"yada yada your county"/prefabs.xml.
